Short Ribs

Slowly braised to perfection, bone-in beef short ribs are super rich, incredibly juicy, and HUGE on flavor. Our short ribs are cut by our butchers to be the best - they're cut English-style with the bone in for insulation and added flavor, and cut consistently exactly 2.5 inches square so they're sure to cook evenly every time. We like to pull our short ribs from the dutch oven, cover them in BBQ sauce and broil them long enough for a caramelized topping.
